Google owned video sharing service YouTube has announced the launch of hosted video cards which can be used as virtual greeting cards.
YouTube users can use any YouTube video for this hosting card service.
YouTube is also providing a custom section with selected videos that can be used for these cards.
Users also get the option to make personalized cards using videos recorded directly from their webcams.
The service offers several themes and designs for these cards. Users can add up to 230 characters of text and these can be send to as many as 25 email Ids in one go.
