Last April, Xerox celebrated 112 years in business.  They have spent the last few months listening to their partners on what was needed to improve.  A new leadership headed by CEO John Visentin has brought in new C-level executives with strong channel backgrounds.  Xerox has also committed itself to be more flexible to drive that engagement with their partners on a day to day basis.  They have also released a lot of new products to add to their portfolio, while maintaining its renowned quality of products.  Already a market leader in the A3 product space, they are becoming more and more competitive in the A4 space.  Xerox has literally invented managed print services and this will remain a big focus as they have just launched a new platform for MPS.  Check the out at www.xerox.com or their partner program.
