Theresa has more than 20 years experience in building and managing multi-million dollar indirect channel teams and strategic alliance programs from inception to sales success. Prior to founding TCC, Theresa held senior executive roles at Extreme Networks, Ciena and Nortel. Her achievements include:
• Creating and executing a worldwide channel/partnership strategy encompassing more than 2,000 partnerships and 60-plus distributors globally
• Developing industry-recognized channel partner programs for resale, cloud and managed services organizations
• Completing comprehensive channel and programs audits, and benchmarking reviews
• Building global partner routes-to-market that included global service provider managed services, strategic technology partners and OEM alliances
• Successfully integrating channel ecosystems post-M&A
• Creating successful partner financial models and internal sales compensation models
• Establishing partner–centric organizational cultures
• Initiating and managing successful global partner advisory councils
