Joanne Wilson has over 25 years of experience as a trainer in contact management software. In 1985, Joanne founded The Trainer’s Advisory Network Ltd in Mississauga, Ontario. Joanne has been able to use her business skills to train clients in the field and operate a successful company. Her company was awarded Elite Partner status in Canada as well as 2nd Top Partner in North America for GoldMine—the Contact Relationship Management software product used by many corporations throughout the world.

Over the past 25 years, Joanne has worked with thousands of high-profile clients. Some of these clients include: TD Canada Trust, Shaw Communications Inc, Aegon Canada, Spirax Sarco Canada Limited, Canpar Transport L. P., Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA), Strategic Capital Corporation, and Irwin Industrial Agencies.

Joanne is a very creative individual. When Joanne comes up with a new idea or sees a unique opportunity, she runs with it no matter what others say. One of her greatest professional successes was bringing the concept and equipment of word processing into high schools in Ottawa. Equipped with 5 hardware vendors, Joanne went to 10 high schools and brought this new technology to over 500 students in the form of a seminar.

Currently, Joanne is working on a new product offering with SugarCRM.com in which all employees will be certified on SUGAR.

She also sees the need to understand, implement, and eventually offer training seminars to clients on the topic of social media. She expects there will be a high demand in the corporate market for expertise, support and training.
