Women in Tech Interview – Jessica Schroder

Jessica Schroder handles vendor relations at TBI, a technology distributor to the telecom industry.  From a “stay at home” mom, she became an event coordinator for the ASCII Group.  Her biggest mentor was her mom, Jean Alexander, also working at the same company, who helped create the A+ certification for Comptia.  Her advice to women wanting to enter the industry is that IT is more than just coding, there are plenty of other opportunities in sales, marketing, customer relations, etc.
