Michelle Ragusa-McBain is a highly visible thought leader in the global technology channel. Entrepreneur Magazine named her as one of the top 4 people to inspire women to pursue a career in Tech and was recognized by SMB Magazine as one of the 150 most influential people in the global IT Business Community. She has keynoted at the four largest and most influential technology and telco conferences globally including: Channel Partners, CRN, CompTIA, and IT Nation.
Michelle currently is VP of Global Channel and Digital Strategy for JS Group where she passionately works to help companies create and perfect their global channel and marketing and communication strategies, and coaches hundreds of people on sales and digital communication strategies in our new normal- to drive revenue working with world leading Fortune 500 companies.
Previously, she was Senior Director of Technology & Business Sales and Marketing Services at Office Depot. Michelle skillfully provided strategic communications guidance to leadership, cross-functional vendors, partners, agencies, consultants, distributors and drove company-leading results. Creating an SMB partner program, GTM strategy, and new offerings in Software as a Service (SaaS), Managed Services Providers (MSP), Devices as a Service (DaaS), and other technology subscription services through their omni-channel.
Prior, she was a 13-year Cisco veteran leading global channels managing some of the largest channel relationships including Distribution: Ingram, Telco Service Providers: Century Link/Qwest, and key sectors Public Sector. She went on to be recipient of the prestigious “Cisco World Wide Innovation and Growth Award”.
Michelle sat on the Board of CRN Women in the Channel, serves as Chair Emeritus of Advancing Women in Technology for CompTIA, and Co-Founder of Tech Worlds Half non-profit. She is also a longstanding member of the National Women in Technology Group, where she gives speeches for young women and diversity in technology – most recently at NC State & Hofstra University.
As a social media maven, Michelle is a highly visible member of the Global IT community and acts as a connector. She is an avid blogger and has taken her passion for women in technology, world travel, health & wellness to create awareness and inspire others. She is a passionate world traveler visiting 85 countries and 6 continents. Graduated magna cum laude from Manhattan College with an MBA and B.S. in Global Business & Marketing where she was awarded the Presidential Scholarship.
