Microsoft has announced that they would begin accepting third party apps for their own mobile app store from October.
The company aims to release development tools for their new mobile platform next month.
Microsoft aims to launch Windows Phone 7 devices before the start of the holiday season this year. However, no official dates have been revealed till now.
These new announcements are good news however for developers as they can prepare their apps for launch.
If everything goes as per expectations, we might see the first of these devices to go on sale by November this year.
