VAR Dynamics announced the release of a Super Partner Channel program, an extension of VAR Dynamics’ ReadyNow Partner Platform. Super Partner Channel allows Master Partners the ability to deliver private label cloud/hosted services and offer those services to their resellers. Those resellers or child partners, in turn, can brand their own Control Panel, where they can provision and manage customer accounts.
“Master Partner” or “Super Partner” is a term that can describe Telco’s, Master Agents, Master Distributors, Master MSPs, Cloud Aggregators and Marketplace Vendors. VAR Dynamics’ Super Partner Channel program enables any company with a network of resellers to add a new suite of hosted/cloud services to their offering. VAR Dynamics Partners qualifying as Super Partners are provided with a deep discount on wholesale pricing. Super Partners also have the option to provision direct customers resulting in high-margin, recurring revenue.
It is vital for cloud aggregators to provide relevant cloud services to their partners expediently, and the VAR Dynamics’ Super Partner Channel program fills that need. “We’ve always welcomed Master Partner relationships; however, those Master Partners came with development teams who leveraged our API,” said Melony White, VAR Dynamics’ Channel Director. “We’ve architected our Control Panel to allow Partners to manage another tier of resellers, not just customers. Master Partners can now use our UI to go to market faster, without development lead time.”
The impressive multi-tiered Control Panel is designed so that an individual logging in will only see the branding of the company who sold the service to them. This means that with all tiers in play, a customer will log into the Control Panel of a child partner; a child partner logs into the Control Panel of a Super Partner. Super Partners can manage all tiers underneath. In most cases the Super Partner owns the relationship with the child partner and the child partner owns the relationship with the customer.
“We are the only hosted email & collaboration provider with this level of channel engagement,” said Tony Francisco CEO of VAR Dynamics. “Over the years we’ve listened to our Partners and have expanded our product catalog to suit their business needs. Developing our platform to work for various partner profiles was just as critical to us.”
VAR Dynamics, since its inception has embraced flexibility as a channel-only provider by not having a One-Size-Fits-All approach. The platform is designed so that private-labeled hosted services can be integrated into a channel partner’s current operations, regardless of the partner’s profile. The Super Partner Channel Program takes this platform flexibility to the next level.
