User Centre + app gives Videotron customers full control

    To keep delivering the best possible customer experience, Videotron today announced the release of its brand new User Centre + application. The new app, conceived and designed with the user's needs in mind, lets Videotron customers control their accounts from their mobile devices and manage their services more effectively. Among other things, it is one of the first in Québec to support functions such as adding data packages to the user's Internet or mobile service.

    Videotron's residential customers can now track their Internet and mobile data usage and handle alerts from their smartphone or tablet. They can also access various tutorials created specifically for the app that show how they can take advantage of the full potential of their services. Other features of the User Centre + app include displaying usage history, setting up automatic payments and signing up for online billing.

    The free, fast, easy-to-use app complements the usage management tools already available to Videotron customers, including the Customer Centre on videotron.com and SMS alerts.

    Once again, Videotron is enhancing the customer experience by giving its clients a simple, modern, user-friendly way to manage some of their services, when and where they want.

    Smart app
    After initial authentication, this practical app automatically recognizes the user's subscriptions and requires no further setup after installation. Among other things, users can view detailed daily reports on their data usage and details of overage fees.

    The free User Centre + app is compatible with all Android and iOS smartphones and tablets. It can be downloaded from the App Store or from the Google Play Store at play.google.com
