Uniserve Communications Corp., one of Western Canada’s largest independent communications companies, is acquiring Inter.net Canada Ltd. for $5 million, the company announced Monday.
Upon completion of the takeover, Uniserve will be firmly placed in the Canadian communications landscape with over 110,000 customers and annual revenues in excess of $24 million, it said in a release. Uniserve and the vendor, NACO LP of Virginia, have agreed to complete the transaction by the end of next month, subject to regulatory approval.
