Sony has hinted that they might launch the much talked about PlayStation Phone next year in February.
This device is going to be based on the Google Android mobile platform. And would feature a slide out controller.
Sources say that the company could showcase it at the Mobile World Congress event scheduled in February 2011.
Sony already sells Cyber-shot branded smartphones. Using the PlayStation brand for mobile devices is just going to add to it.
The question is… Whether the Android platform is capable enough to handle PlayStation quality games?
