Sirius XM Canada the country’s leading audio entertainment company, took home the award for Digital Music Streaming Service of The Year at this year’s 2013 Canadian Music & Broadcast Industry Awards, held on Thursday, March 21 at the Kool Haus in Toronto as part of Canadian Music Week.
The Canadian Music & Broadcast Industry Awards, which celebrate outstanding achievements in over 40 categories, are judged based on a vote by the recipient’s peers in the industry. SiriusXM Canada came out on top of a long list of digital music stream services, including Slacker, Astral Radio, CBC Music, Deezer, Galaxie Music Unlimited, The Vault, Vevo and Zik.
