Enhanced Channel Program to Further Expand and Accelerate Go-to-market Strategy
Siemplify, the leading innovator in security orchestration, automation and response (SOAR), announced the appointment of Bradd Barmettler as global head of channel. Mr. Barmettler will develop, execute, and manage the company’s strategic business plans relating to the overall channel partner ecosystem (i.e. value-added resellers, distributors, and consulting and system integrators), to successfully implement service offerings and generate additional value for partners.
Mr. Barmettler brings 20 years of engineering, sales, and channel experience in the network security space to his new role. Previously, Mr. Barmettler was director of channel sales at Carbon Black, responsible for driving $70M in channel sales of endpoint malware protection, EDR, and application control software across the Americas, and grew partner-initiated deals by 35% year over year. He also created and was responsible for North American channel and enablement programs and channel incentives.
Prior to Carbon Black, Mr. Barmettler was partner development manager at Cisco, responsible for managing, training, and growing the channel relationships for the company’s top 18 security partners in the Southwest, totaling $75M in channel sales of next generation firewall and intrusion prevention, network access control, e-mail and web gateways, and anti-malware products.
