Sharp Electronics of Canada (http://www.sharp.ca) announced that Francis Langel has joined the company’s Visual Solutions Group to further develop their growing commercial display category. Fran comes with a wealth of experience within the Industry, having spent 30+ years at SYNNEX and EMJ where Fran held various roles within the Technical and Product Management categories.
Fran joins Sharp as the Product and Technology Manager, and will play a central role to continue Sharp’s success providing display technology to the AV and IT Channels. Fran comments “I am excited to start a new challenge and look forward to being a part of the Sharp team”.
Fran will be replacing a position formally held by Hiroshi Kobayashi who will be joining the Sharp Visual Solutions Group Sales team under the newly created role of National Account Manager. Hiroshi will be responsible for managing Sharp’s distribution accounts as well as new channel business development.
