Seagate Takes Its Patent Infringement Complaint Against Cornice, Inc. to the U.S. International Trade Commission

Seagate Technology today announced that it has filed a patent infringement complaint against Cornice, Inc. with the U.S.
    International Trade Commission.

Following Seagate’s recent filing of a patent infringement lawsuit in the
U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, Seagate is seeking an order
from the U.S. International Trade Commission to exclude Cornice disc drives
and any systems or products using or containing Cornice disc drives from entry
    into the United States.

Seagate’s complaint against Cornice with the U.S. International Trade
Commission and its patent infringement lawsuit in the U.S. District Court
assert that Cornice is infringing on seven of Seagate’s United States patents
that relate to several areas of disc drive technology.
