Samsung has announced that their own mobile app store has seen more than 100 million downloads.
This app store is supported by some of their mobile phone models and television sets.
It was launched in June last year and is used by their Bada platform based smartphones.
Samsung said that the app store is being used by users in more than 100 countries globally.
They are aiming for major growth this year with more compatible models arriving in the market.
Remains to be seen if they would start supporting their Android devices with this app store.
