Robert Gibbs is the official spokesperson of the US President Barack Obama.
He has been quoted as saying that Twitter is an amazing tool and a fabulous medium to communicate with people.
He added that Twitter allows him to convey the latest information to not only journalists but also citizens of the country.
Gibbs also find the 140 character limit on Twitter challenging to post his thoughts.
Twitter has been heavily used by the Obama administration though President himself rarely tweets.
