Ricoh Canada announced the functional integration of InfoPrint Solutions Canada, providing customers with an even broader offering of document management solutions.

The integration of InfoPrint provides Ricoh with immediate access to a specialized segment of the market that was previously underserviced by the global Document Management company. Specifically, InfoPint’s expertise in high speed production colour adds tremendous value to an already robust Ricoh portfolio. “InfoPrint’s technology represents the future in high speed colour printing,” says Ed Robeznieks, V.P., Production Printing Business Group. “When you combine the InfoPrint team’s expertise with the distribution power of Ricoh, it becomes clear that we are a competitive force in the high speed colour printing part of the industry as well.”
InfoPrint Canada customers will continue to receive the outstanding level of service they have always enjoyed, with the added benefit of having full access to Ricoh Canada’s expansive Customer Service network. As of today, all inbound calls and emails will be routed through the Ricoh Canada system.
