Plintron a global player in Cloud Communications Solutions, today announced that it had crossed the 50 million subscribers mark by providing mobility services for 50+ MVNO businesses in 21 countries, the first ever by a MVNX platform services company.
With this, Plintron has achieved the merit of becoming the fastest growing MVNX Company in the world to achieve this landmark, within eight years of starting operations. This signifies Plintron is the 'largest multi-country MVNX player in the world'.
Plintron started its operations in 2008; it crossed the first 10 million subscriber mark in 2011. In 2013, it crossed the 25 million mark. The company added the next 25 million subscribers in just 24 months.
Plintron offers Cloud Communication Platform (MVNE) and Clud Communication Services (MVNA) to brands and enterprises to launch their mobile services on a 'ready-to-go-live' proven and reliable platform. The Cloud Communication Platform (MVNE) offerings include Network Sub systems (NSS), Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operations Support Systems (OSS) including white labeling of SIM. The highlights of the offerings are local mobile number portability for acquiring subscribers in the matured market and regulatory compliances for the local countries. Plintron has its own massive Telecom R&D labs in which it builds the required MVNX components for the various market needs, which bring a unique time and cost advantage compared to the other players. The Cloud Communication Service (MVNA) includes wholesale airtime, contract management, numbering resources, regulatory compliances and interconnects for MVNOs as one-shop services to launch their commercial service.
