meetings between Outlook and Meeting Maker users. For example, default meeting
reminders are automatically set when Outlook users accept a Meeting
Maker-based invitation, and meeting attendees are automatically notified when
a meeting has been cancelled, resulting in improved communication among
meeting participants. Additional server synchronization enhancements have also
been made to Meeting Maker Connector for Outlook that improve performance and
reduce processing requirements when users synchronize with the Meeting Maker
calendar server.
