OGL Group announced the appointment of Rachel Seagrove, Head of IT Delivery, to its leadership team. This appointment forms part of a company-wide senior-level recruitment drive, resulting from the business’ strong performance, and its strategy to deliver an ambitious five-year growth plan.
In her new position as Head of IT Delivery, Rachel will be responsible for introducing operational efficiencies into the IT Solutions division and improving transparency and collaboration across the business. She will be supported by the Executive Team but she will also mentor her own team.
