“Diamonds are a girl’s best friend” and you know that “money can’t buy you love,” but neither of those revelations mean much until you consider how a diamond maniac might react to the world’s most expensive (and diamond encrusted) phone.
We’ve seen a lot of gold gadgets, but the GoldVish may very well be the ultimate luxury phone.
Released last year, it’s an 18-karat gold phone set with diamonds and features “quad band technology.” It comes in colors like Creamy Creame, Midnight Blue, LollyPop Pink and Snow White and ships with special Vivaldi ring tones as well as specially recorded MP3s and media content.
The phone was certified by the Guinness World Records in Cannes as the “world’s most expensive cell phone.” The devices are handmade in Switzerland and designed by Emmanuel Gueilt, who is known in the watch and jewelry industry. Prices for the phone range from $25,000 to about $160,000, with the most expensive piece costing near $1.2 million dollars.
