ProServeIT Corporation ("ProServeIT"), one of Canada's leading cloud services providers, today announced it has successfully completed a management buyout by its executive team led by President Eric Sugar and the Director of Business Development Jaime McMahon.
The management buyout will bring about no significant changes for customers, suppliers and partners.
Both Sugar and McMahon have been heavily involved in ProServeIT success for more than 10 years and have been instrumental in positioning ProServeIT as a leader in Microsoft Cloud Services, Managed Services and Software Development. With a renewed focus on these key strategies customers can expect ProServeIT to continue to push IT solutions that make their customers' businesses better.
Under the new leadership structure, the company plans to increase its emphasis on Microsoft Cloud Technologies and shift its development team to start building apps.
"Today's announcement is a major milestone in the growth and future of our company," Sugar said. "It has opened up new relationships and created opportunities that will be beneficial to our customers, partners and team members. This will enable ProServeIT to strategically grow the business with Microsoft and continue to provide great customer experiences."
