KEMP Technologies announced it has appointed SYNNEX Canada, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation a leading distributor of IT products and services, as its national distributor in Canada to satisfy the large increase in demand for KEMP’s LoadMaster load balancer and application delivery controllers. Through the agreement, SYNNEX Canada will offer KEMP’s full line of hardware and virtual-based load balancing appliances, increasing exposure to KEMP products and support services.
The agreement provides SYNNEX Canada’s large network of resellers with access to KEMP’s family of load balancers from coast to coast and broadens its availability to national resellers. SYNNEX Canada’s strong Unified Communications practice and its long-standing relationship with Microsoft, selling its Lync voice systems, give Canadian resellers the ability to offer complete solutions around an ecosystem of products.
KEMP had previously worked directly with Canadian resellers, but as its business grows, both the resellers and KEMP required the national base of support SYNNEX Canada provides to serve the burgeoning load balancer market in Canada.
KEMP’s load balancers automatically and intelligently manage user traffic and applications to deliver high-availability, high-performance, flexible scalability, and ease of management within hardware and virtual infrastructures. KEMP’s LoadMasters are designed to deliver high performance through the inclusion of the latest advancements in Layer 4 and 7 load balancing, content switching, SSL acceleration, Layer 7 content switching, caching, compression, IPS, IP and Layer 7 persistence. All KEMP load balancers are optimized for Microsoft Exchange, Lync, SharePoint, RDS and Dynamics. Additionally, KEMP’s virtual-based appliances support the broadest range of hypervisor platforms from VMware and KVM to Hyper-V, and others.
In the past two consecutive years, KEMP has doubled its revenues in Canada. KEMP’s agreement with SYNNEX Canada follows the company’s recent expansion into other global markets. KEMP currently has three global headquarters that include New York for the US, Ireland for EMEA and Singapore for Asia-Pacific Japan
