Better call Scott! With the complexities in risk management in cyber security and business continuity, it makes a lot of sense to have ironclad contracts in place. You could do your own or adjust what you find on the internet, but it may not protect you. It’s only when the trouble happens, you see the real value of having solid contracts. That said, Scott & Scott has made their contracts available in the cloud so you can automatically embed the proper contracts in your proposals. We have yet to see a better solution to help MSPs manage top-shelf SLAs and business contracts. Â
