Xpertdoc Technologies Inc., announced that Homesite Insurance will use the Xpertdoc Forms Lifecycle Workbench to streamline their forms management process.
Xpertdoc’s Forms Lifecycle Workbench will allow Homesite to automate their form development and approval workflows in a highly customizable environment that provides tailored user experience. This hosted solution will also offer the capability to track changes made to the forms, and keep the history of all changes in a central repository for enhanced version control. File sharing across departments and companies will be facilitated, bringing streamlined, efficient communication and collaboration between multiple entities. The Forms Lifecycle Workbench search functionality will enable Homesite to search for words or metadata connected with the forms.
