Hill Top Security, Inc. announced that HTSI has signed service agreements with two companies, that have large government and commercial customers, to provide its military-grade, patented, cyber security platform. The Vauban platform, which became commercially-available in August, 2017, provides companies with a unique level of risk assessment to help prevent and respond to cyber security attacks, including ransomware, DDoS and malware. The Company recently signed a letter of intent with Big Wind, pursuant to which Big Wind intends to acquire various interests in HTSI and its assets (the “Transaction“).
