Industry sources are stating that HP is closing in on another acquisition deal.
They are now expected to take over ArcSight.
Online reports say that this deal could be worth around USD 1.5 billion.
HP incidentally just recently announced their decision to acquire 3Par for more than USD 2 billion.
ArcSight specializes in providing anti-hacking solutions which is a growing industry.
