Halogen Software Inc., the leading provider
of Web-based employee performance management (EPM) software announced today
that it achieved record revenue in its third fiscal quarter. This marks the
organization’s 16th consecutive quarter of year-over-year revenue growth. The
record quarter was highlighted by the release of Halogen’s newest EPM suite
and the overwhelming success of the first annual Halogen Software User
Conference.
Early in the quarter, Halogen released its Employee Performance
Management Suite 7.1, which included new features such as on-target goal
management, dashboards and Web-service tools for integration. Version 7.1 has
proven very successful with the organization’s nearly 600 customers. A
significant portion of Halogen’s customer growth this quarter comes as a
result of its dominance in the healthcare space, where it now has more than
100 customers. The American Hospital Association’s exclusive endorsement of
Halogen eAppraisal(TM) Healthcare further reinforces the organization’s
leadership position in this space.
“Halogen offered all the features we were looking for when we began
looking for an automated Web-based EPM solution,” said new customer Michael
DeVries, director of human resources with Cummins Mid-South, LLC. “We have
gone through an intense period of growth, nearly doubling our size over the
last three years. Due to this growth, Cummins Mid-South required a solution
that would be less burdensome and easier to use, while at the same time
possessing all the functionality we require as our needs continue to evolve.”
In addition to Halogen’s newest features, the organization hosted its
first annual User Conference in the third quarter. The User Conference was an
overwhelming success and provided excellent opportunities for almost
100 members of the Halogen community to network, share and learn. The
conference also provided a forum for Halogen to gain customer input on the
future direction of its EPM suite.
“As we continue to grow as an organization, we look forward to utilizing
the powerful features that are available using Halogen eAppraisal(TM). Halogen
will allow us to better quantify our performance bonus distribution process,”
said new customer Melanie Graham, director of human resources with BORM.
“Implementing Halogen gives us the chance to make our system more consistent
and it gives us the ability to quickly and easily calculate the score that is
tied to bonus amounts.”
