Halogen Software has been recognized with a 2015 Leadership 500 Excellence Award for its leadership development program, which focuses on the ongoing development of the company's current and future leaders. Halogen placed third overall in the International Company category.
Halogen's leadership development program is focused on building core leadership competencies and organizational bench strength. As such, the program targets individual contributors identified as emerging leaders in the organization, as well as frontline managers, directors and executives. The program framework is designed to help leaders enhance key competencies important to Halogen's success.
