Experts believe that this could be the biggest product launch from the company in a long time. Google Chrome however remains a close match if Gdrive is indeed launched in the coming months.
Google Drive would be a cloud computing service that would enable the user to store their personal files online.
These files would be available from any computer or device connected to the internet.
Microsoft incidentally has a similar service for users but when it comes to web services, Google makes for bigger headlines.
Google has for now declined that any such service is being developed.
