Industry sources are reporting that GoDaddy is nearing an acquisition deal. The company is selling itself to two private investment firms.
The reports claim that these two companies are: Silver Lake Partners and KKR & Co. Technology Crossover Ventures might also be included in the deal for a minor share.
Sources further claim that the company has been looking for a buyer for a while now and a deal could be announced next week.
