Google is already known to award security analysts to find flaws in their Chrome web browser.

Facebook is now running a similar program for their own network.

The company would now pay cash to people who report flaws in their social networking platform.

A typical reward would be around USD 500 though it could be higher based on the criticality of the problem.

The company has laid down conditions for this program which requires the applicant to report to them directly without leaking the information out in public.

To show our appreciation for our security researchers, we offer a monetary bounty for certain qualifying security bugs.
