ERTH Business Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of its newest product, the CBASS Browser.
CBASS Browser is the first product to be provided under the ERTH Online Services (EOS) platform. The CBASS Browser gives retail energy providers an in-depth view into their ERTH-managed Customer Billing and Settlement System (CBASS). This service allows retailers' customer service representatives and customers to securely view a complete history of billing and consumption details.
"Retailers can give their customers secure access to view their information using CBASS Browser, reducing the number of calls into their call centre. It can be easily branded with their company logo and colours", said Jason Cartwright, Vice President of ERTH.
