Electronic Arts has acquired a mobile videogame publishing company Chillingo for around USD 20 million.
Chillingo is mostly known for publishing the hugely successful Angry Birds mobile gaming franchise.
The deal of course does not include the rights to the game which are owned by the developers Rovio.
