In order to help solution providers migrate toward a more lucrative services model in the growing digital economy, leading North American technology provider D&H Distributing announces it has launched a series of Professional and Managed Services for customers. The offerings include deployment services, break/fix services, and managed services that can be offered through the VAR’s own brand. Part of the “D&H Solutions & Services” offering, they can help VARs and MSPs expand their capabilities, supplement their existing expertise, take better advantage of market opportunities, and enhance their value to end-customers.
D&H Canada wants to enable partners to take better advantage of the emerging “as-a-service” trend. The program empowers solution providers to expand their offering beyond product sales to include a more comprehensive portfolio of customized solutions. This creates new revenue opportunities for VARs, enhancing D&H Canada’s value proposition of best-in-class service, solutions, and logistics. The new offerings have been designed based on feedback expressed by D&H’s reseller base and fast growing market trends, to deliver the most relevant services for the rapidly evolving marketplace.
D&H Solutions & Services includes a variety of service offerings. Through the Professional Services arm of the program, D&H Canada is providing “Break/Fix” services organized according to the severity of the end user’s required repair. Also under Professional Services, the distributor will offer white labelled install and configure services for most tier one vendor solutions in the marketplace.
Under the Managed Services arm of the program, D&H Canada will provide VARs with a white labelled remote monitoring offering that allows them to manage their clientele networks on an ongoing basis. This reduces the necessity for costly on-site client visits, while maximizing network performance for their end-customers.
