Cloud Girlfriend is a new web based project which aims to provide the needful. You join their network, and fill in all the details about your dream girlfriend.
The service would create such an entity (virtually) who would interact with you on your favorite social networks.
The service is currently accepting invite requests. It is not clear how much they would charge for it in the future. No pricing information has been revealed till now.
