Cimaware Software (www.cimaware.com) announced today the release of the fifth generation of its Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word repair Suite, Officefix 5.0. A new corporate image for Cimaware Software has also been implemented today.
The Suite includes major changes in its Excel and Word repair programs. The new Excelfix 5 adds new corruption types that can be recovered, and advanced new features for the recovery of merged cells, cell comments, and outlines. Wordfix 4 adds the recovery of Word documents created in Word 2003, and an improved engine that restores a greater amount of corruption types.
All three programs in Officefix, including its Access recovery program Accessfix have a new user interface design. Conforming to a new corporate image, Cimaware Software updates its corporate web site adding Office related content, resources, and information.
