In response to a growing demand for consumer information and comparison
shopping online, the site now includes a customer ratings and
customer reviews feature, as well as a new product detail page to make it
easier for customers to find information about products. The site layout and
design has also been improved for easier navigation and search.

“The feedback we received from Canadian consumers tells us they want to
make informed decisions and comparison shop when purchasing electronics and

our stores, we want to make it easy for customers to get the information they
need online, from Canadian sources, before making a decision.”

The feedback from customers through the reviews and ratings feature will
help Best Buy Canada with future buying and merchandising decisions.
