Bell announced the delivery in Canada of the Cisco Small Business Unified Communications UC320W, which was formally unveiled today at the Cisco Partner Summit in New Orleans. The UC320W is a cost-effective, fully featured unified communications system for small and medium businesses (SMBs) that delivers integrated voice and data plus other features designed and built specifically for SMBs.

The Cisco solution enables a small business to take advantage of IP telephony to reduce phone costs, boost employee productivity and create a more collaborative environment. It includes built-in data and wireless support, and advanced business class phone features such as voicemail and automated attendant.
