TEL AVIV, ISRAEL, March 8, 2005,– Aladdin
Knowledge Systems (NASDAQ: ALDN) today announced the appointment of two
new vice presidents for the
corporate management team based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Elinor Nissensohn now serves as Aladdin’s vice president of customer
relations. Since joining Aladdin
in 2003, Nissensohn has served as business development manager and
customer relations manager, quickly
playing an instrumental role in enhancing Aladdin customer interaction.
She offers rich history in
business intelligence, business development, negotiations and law,
working for international firms
such as IBM Corp, Motorola Semiconductor and Bezeq. Elinor is an LL.B
graduate from the Tel Aviv
University and an MBA graduate of Columbia business school. She is also
a certified Israeli bar
attorney.

Aviram Shemer, former director of finance and assistant controller for
Aladdin, has been named vice
president of finance, reporting to CFO Erez Rosen. Joining Aladdin in
1999, Shemer brings valuable
drive and professionalism to this new position. He is a certified public
accountant in Israel and
holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University.
