Yelp has apparently decided that the deal being offered by Google was not good enough.
TechCrunch has reported that the talks between Google and Yelp have ended without a result.
Yelp CEO Jeremy Stoppleman apparently was not impressed with the offer.
The deal was said to be worth more than half a billion dollars. Market analysts believe that it was a good offer for Yelp.
It remains to be seen if they got a better deal from someone else? Microsoft could be involved. Or maybe Yelp decided to continue on its own.
