Data service firm 724 Solutions, whose shares trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange, said Tuesday it has appointed Stephen Morrison as chief financial officer.
Morrison will replace Glenn Barrett, who is leaving the company in February to spend more time with his family.
Morrison joined 724 Solutions in 2001, in Hong Kong, as director of finance for Asia Pacific.
724 Solutions has operations in Canada and Switzerland. Its head office is in Santa Barbara, Calif.
Early Tuesday morning, its shares fell six per cent, or 33 cents, to $5.02.
