Pragmatic Conferencing announces global expansion to RP1Cloud Channel Partner Program

Pragmatic Conferencing is excited to announce its new Channel Partner Program, and to onboard new partners to sell its flagship cloud conferencing platform, RP1Cloud. The RP1Cloud Channel Partner Program is expanding rapidly, launching officially in both North America and Central and Latin America (CALA) on June 1, 2017.
The Channel Partner Program offers Resellers recurring revenue for the lifetime of their customers, as well as increased margin contribution and cash-flow, to complement their current business practice.

The RP1Cloud go-to-market strategy is 100% channel-led, and focusses on partnership: it offers a new onboarding curriculum, sales and lead generation activities, and is backed by a world-class support service program to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

"It's imperative to construct a Channel Partner Program that makes it easy and flexible to do business together," said Michael Robertson, VP Global Channels for RP1Cloud. "It is all about building trust and long term successful business relationships that fit."
RP1Cloud internal teams are incentivized to promote business opportunities for partners. They are tasked with identifying endpoint opportunities that are enabled by cloud services, and to help partners capitalize on these margin opportunities.

Armen Skenderian is the President and CEO of Totalcom Solutions Inc, an early reseller of RP1Cloud and Polycom hardware.  "As a partner, the RP1Cloud team has been wonderful to work with and have helped Totalcom develop a path toward a strong recurring revenue stream. After 30 years in the business I understand what works and what doesn't.  RP1Cloud works the way cloud video should, and my customers are thrilled with the quality of the service."
Built in Partnership with Polycom
The RP1Cloud solution was built in partnership with Polycom, and is an important offering to augment any conferencing hardware portfolio. It features significant differentiators in the cloud video market, such as native Skype for Business integration, and Zero Touch Provisioning of Polycom's video endpoints.

Pragmatic is currently Polycom's only Global Cloud Partner. "Polycom has a strong partnership with Pragmatic, working in tandem to develop the RP1Cloud Video-as-a-Service (VaaS), built on Polycom technology and fully managed and operated by Pragmatic Conferencing," said Nick Tidd, VP Global Partners at Polycom.
"The combination of Polycom technology with Pragmatic's years of experience running and supporting conferencing solutions gives customers a great solution. Pragmatic's channel-led, go-to-market strategy presents a tremendous opportunity for partners looking to develop a recurring revenue stream by partnering with RP1Cloud."
